Upon arrival at Da Nang International Airport, our friendly driver will warmly greet you and transfer you to a beachfront resort near the charming town of Hoi An (20 minutes).
After check-in, the rest of the day is yours to relax and unwind. Lounge by the pool, take a refreshing dip in the sea, or simply enjoy the serene view of the Central Coast from your resort.

After breakfast, head to Hoi An Ancient Town for a flavorful cultural immersion. Begin your morning at a lively local market, where you will interact with friendly vendors and learn about fresh Vietnamese ingredients used in traditional dishes.
From the market, board a traditional boat for a peaceful 25-minute cruise along the Thu Bon River. Along the way, you will glimpse daily life on the waterways and enjoy the calm rhythms of the countryside. Disembark at a charming riverside cooking school surrounded by lush gardens.
Begin with a guided walk through the on-site organic herb garden before donning your apron and diving into the cooking session. The chef will demonstrate the preparation of several local signature dishes. You will then try your hand at recreating the dishes yourself.
The class includes a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving, where you will learn how to transform vegetables into beautiful garnishes — a traditional skill used to elevate food presentation in Vietnam.
